Our Policy on service standards and client interaction

As a team of dedicated professional hairdressers, we are committed to recommending the best possible services to achieve exceptional results for you. Sometimes your hair’s condition and unique characteristics may not be ideally suited to certain colours or styles. In such cases, we will suggest alternative options that are better suited to your hair’s needs to ensure beautiful and sustainable results.

We kindly ask for your understanding and respect toward our team members as they guide you in making the best choices.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.

no-show policy

We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients. Customers that do no arrive to their appointment will forfeit their deposit and may be charged a percentage of the service total to help cover some of the incurred cost of the appointment

late cancellation policy

We understand unforseen circumstances may arise in needing to cancel your appointment. We ask kindly that 48 hrs notice is provided to cancel or reschedule to allow time to fill your appointment. We are a small business and late cancellation and no shows greatly affects our business. We ask for your understanding and our reasons for this policy. Deposit will be forfeited if late cancellation or no show. Late cancellation fee will be sent out via SMS or on Instagram which is $100.

Please note if a cancellation fee has been sent out before your next booking a deposit will also need to be paid. Thank you for understanding.

Deposits will need to be taken to secure all colour and chemical appointments.

Online booking deposit policy

To secure your appointment through our online booking system, we require a deposit at the time of booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, even if the appointment is cancelled before the required cancellation notice period.

If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to a future booking. However, if you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit can be carried over to your next appointment.

This policy applies exclusively to online booking and helps us manage our schedule efficiently. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the best service to all our clients.
